About Ecostructum® Technology
Our prefabricated micro-houses are made of the energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and rigid ecostructum® building system technology suitable for family houses and commercial and public buildings.
The ecostructum® building technology fuses rigid arbolit panels made of mineralized wood chips and cement and the breathable, high-performance insulation EPS Neopor® that helps reduce the risk of mold, rot and structural damage associated with moisture condensation and long-term water retention.
Industrial prefabrication guarantees the high quality of the finished micro-house. It shortens construction times, manages construction waste, and assures an easy, quick, and comfortable building process. Due to time-saving on the building site and the controlled construction environment, a client reduces costs and, in 12 weeks, receives a high-quality micro-house.
Compared to timber frame houses, the ecostructum® building system technology offers high-performance solutions that significantly improve structural integrity, which guards the building envelope against cracks and noise vibrations during exploatation.
Energy Efficiency
Our energy-efficient Class A building envelope creates comfortable space by substantially reducing the building’s energy consumption and carbon footprint.
Natural Materials
Microhouse building frame consists of organic, non-toxic, formaldehyde-free, and low-VOC substances, which keep the occupants protected from the harmful effects of toxic load.
Fire Resistance
ecostructum prefabricated construction elements are covered with non-combustible materials that provide the fire safety class B – s1, d0.
Resistant to Vandalism
High-density wall panels are rigid and have anti-vandalism properties.
Fast Installation
ecostructum® prefabricated modules are manufactured in a controlled environment and transported, positioned, and assembled at the construction site in between 12 to 24 weeks.
Waste Reduction
Prefabricated construction reduces up to 52% of construction waste. Factory-manufactured units also minimize on-site waste.
